By accessing this website, downloading our mobile application, registering as a member, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member or make a donation.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• Membership and participation are open to Indian citizens who support the Party's stated ideology, subject to our discretion to decline or revoke membership for conduct inconsistent with the Party's values or applicable law.

Your mobile number, verified by OTP, is your account identifier. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure, and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Post defamatory, obscene, communal, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the Party.
• Submit fraudulent membership, task, or donation information.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or report conduct to law enforcement where it violates these terms or applicable law. Our Community Feed is moderated in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

Statements about policy, promises, manifestos and welfare programmes on this website and app reflect the Party's stated intentions and are not contractual or legally enforceable commitments. Implementation of any policy is subject to electoral mandate, legislative process and government approval, none of which the Party can unilaterally guarantee.

Donations to the Party are voluntary political contributions, governed separately by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. No online payment gateway is currently active on this website or in the app: contributions are arranged directly with the party office, and a contribution recorded in the app is a record of money already transferred, not a payment taken by the app. Contributions of ₹20,000 or more require identity verification as required under the Representation of the People Act, 1951.

Party merchandise purchased through the app is fulfilled on a best-effort basis, payable on delivery or online as indicated at checkout. Order handling is also covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Party's name, emblem, logo, symbol, colours, photographs and campaign material are the property of Telangana Rakshana Sena and may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted for genuine grassroots campaign support.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Party is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app, including service interruptions, data loss, or third-party payment or SMS gateway failures.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
