How Contributions Are Made Today
This website does not accept online payments, and no online payment gateway is currently active on our website or mobile app. We do not collect, process or store card, UPI or net-banking credentials anywhere on this site.
Contributions are arranged directly with the party office. Write to info@trsparty.org or use our Contact page, and our team will confirm the accepted method and issue a receipt for your contribution. Where a member records a contribution in the app, that record is a note of money already transferred to the Party, the app itself does not take the payment.
If an online contribution facility is introduced later, it will be operated by a payment provider regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, payment details will be entered on that provider's own secure page rather than ours, and this page and our Privacy Policy will be updated before it goes live.
Legal & Compliance Framework
Political contributions in India are governed by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and Election Commission of India guidelines. In line with these:
- Contributions of ₹20,000 or more require the donor's PAN or another accepted identity document.
- The Party is required to maintain proper accounts of contributions received and, where applicable, disclose them in statutory contribution reports.
- Registered political parties may be eligible for income-tax exemption on donations under Section 13A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to conditions prescribed by law.
Every contribution, however it is made, is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
