Child Safety Standards

Telangana Rakshana Sena has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). In the Telangana Rakshana Sena app, no one may post, upload, share, send, request or link to:

• any image, video, text or other material that sexualises a child (anyone under 18);
• child sexual abuse material, whether real, drawn, edited or computer-generated;
• grooming, meaning any attempt to befriend, manipulate or contact a child for sexual purposes;
• sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of a child.

These standards apply to posts, reels, comments, profile details and every other part of the app, and they sit alongside the content rules in our Terms of Service.

The app is for adult members only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member or use the app, and accounts we find to belong to a child are removed.

Every post, reel and comment in the app, and every member wherever they appear, has a Report option. To report child sexual abuse or exploitation:

• open the menu on the post, comment or member and tap Report;
• choose Nudity or sexual content and submit.

Reports go straight to the party's moderators. You can also block the member from the same menu so they can no longer see or contact you. If you cannot use the app, write to us at the address in section 5.

• Remove it: content that breaches these standards is taken down as soon as we are aware of it, and in any case within 24 hours of a report.
• Suspend the account: the member who posted it is suspended and can no longer use the app.
• Report it: we report child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the authorities: in India, to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the police, as required by the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000; and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Preserve evidence: we keep the material and the account details securely, only for as long as the law and the investigating authorities require.
