Our Response Timelines
In line with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within 15 days of receipt. You will be told what action was taken on your complaint.
