Quality Education is a fundamental right and irrespective of the socio-economic background of the child, every citizen of India deserves quality education to ensure collective upliftment. In order to achieve this, Telangana Rakhana Sena promises free quality education across government and private educational institutions. Our overarching policy backbone is that every village should have a school and every classroom, a teacher.

While we will continue to strengthen and improve the government education machinery, we will bear the burden of the private institution fee of every single child to ensure no child is deprived of a level playing field due to the social strata that he/she hails from. This, without any fee cap can relieve parents of one of the most tormenting burdens of their respective lives. Every child will be encouraged to study until he/she wants to without any limitations or having to worry about finances.

Poor and middle-class families work hard for decades together to pile up a modest sum of savings. More often than not, considering the exorbitant costs attached to quality healthcare as on date, one single medical emergency is enough to bring them back to square one. Telangana Rakshana Sena takes up the onus of providing world-class healthcare free of cost, even if the family or individual opts to get treated in a private hospital. Parallely, strengthening, revamping and upliftment of the government healthcare machinery which is shambles as on date will be carried out on war footing.

In certain cases, quality healthcare provided at the hospital is just the first step towards solving the problem at hand. When it comes to long-term illnesses and those bedridden due to a cruel twist of fate, the entire family has to work to look after them. Through this, that family's financial condition deteriorates further. For the care of the bedridden, TRS promises to appoint caretakers.

A resilient nation is built upon the deliberate and powerful mobilization of its youth. The Telangana Rakhana Sena administration is committed to decisive structural action: 300,000 government positions will be filled within the first year in office. Following this, a disciplined, transparent annual job calendar will be instituted, delivering an additional 400,000 government positions over the subsequent four years.

Honoring the legacy of the movement, June 2, 2014, will be established as the formal cutoff date, securing 100,000 specialized positions under the Telangana Agitators' Quota for individuals whose age eligibility was eclipsed by the timeline of the struggle.

True progress transcends mere employment. It requires cultivating a generation of architects and economic leaders. The state will extend direct sovereign guarantees for capital allocations ranging from ₹2 lakhs to ₹20 crores, empowering visionary young entrepreneurs to establish competitive businesses and generate sustainable local employment.

The farmer is the backbone of the nation, yet basic dignity and administrative respect within government corridors remain frustratingly out of reach. While an industrialist in a tailored suit commands immediate attention, our farmers who feed the nation are too often looked down upon by those sworn to serve the public. Empty slogans like 'Jai Kisan' have failed to alter structural realities. While input subsidies, investment support, and mechanization have offered temporary relief, they have fallen short of transforming the farmer's fundamental condition.

Telangana Rakhana Sena administration will ensure truly remunerative pricing for every crop grown through the relentless toil of our farmers day and night. Investment support will be systematically scaled in direct accordance with rising operational costs. "The farmer is the king" is not a political catchphrase; it is a governing principle we will enforce in practice. To eradicate institutional arrogance, we will establish dedicated special service counters for farmers in every government office.

Fertilizers and seeds will be provisioned seamlessly, adequately, and precisely on time. We will restore absolute institutional pride, ensuring every citizen can proclaim without hesitation: "I am a farmer."

Seventy-nine years post-independence, deep economic and social fractures persist, proving that true equity remains unfulfilled. Institutionalized discrimination endures, and countless communities remain entirely locked out of even the most foundational rungs of local governance, having never crossed the threshold of a village panchayat.

The construction of an egalitarian society, free from systemic disparities, is the foundational pillar of the Telangana Rakhana Sena. Our mandate is uncompromising: targeted development and absolute empowerment for the economically vulnerable across all segments of society. We will institute rigorous, accountable policy frameworks dedicated to the upliftment of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, minorities, and women.

We will not stop at administrative inclusion; we will break legislative barriers to ensure representation from marginalized communities directly within our highest lawmaking bodies. Furthermore, recognizing that Backward Classes constitute over half of the nation's population, we will mobilize a decisive collective front to secure the implementation of 50 percent reservations for BCs, fundamentally altering the architecture of political power.
