01Free education
Telangana Rakshana Sena takes responsibility for the education of every child in Telangana. One school for every village, one teacher for every class, that is our policy.
We will strengthen government schools and pay every penny so that the burden of fees of students studying in private sector does not fall on their parents. No matter how much a student studies, the whole responsibility will be taken by the government which will be formed under the Telangana Rakshana Sena.
02Free medical care
Poor and middle class families have to spend their whole lives for emergency medical treatment. Telangana Rakshana Sena's policy is to provide free medical care to everyone. Along with strengthening the government hospitals, we will also provide free treatment to those who want treatment in private hospitals.
The entire family has to work to take care of the well-being of those who are confined to bed due to chronic diseases. Thus the family will deteriorate further financially. Care taker will be appointed to take care of those confined to bed.
03employment
Youth power should be properly utilized to lay the foundations of a strong India. 3 lakh government jobs will be filled in the first year of formation of the Telangana Rakshana Sena government. After that, the job calendar will be announced from the next year and another 4 lakh government jobs will be filled in the next four years
2014 June 2nd as the cut off date and we will give one lakh jobs under the quota of Telangana activists to the youth who have already crossed the age limit for filling government jobs.
We will train the youth as entrepreneurs and make them partners in nation building. Rs. 2 lakhs to Rs.20 crores will be given by the government as a guarantee and we will give loans to the youth. We will encourage them to set up industries and provide jobs to the local youth
04agriculture
Farmers are the backbone of the country. The slogans of Jai Kisan did not bring changes in the lives of the farmers. Schemes like investment assistance, input subsidies and agricultural mechanization have helped agriculture somewhat, but the condition of farmers has not changed completely.
We will provide a remunerative price for the crops our farmers grow with hard work through every season. We will raise investment assistance in line with rising prices. "The farmer is king" is not a slogan for us, it is our policy, and we will show it in practice. We will set up a special counter for farmers in every government office. Fertilisers and seeds will be made available in time and in sufficient quantity. We will make it so that a person can say with pride, I am a farmer.
05Social Justice Telangana
Even after 79 years of independence, economic and social gaps and inequalities have not reduced. Discrimination against certain communities continues. Today there are many castes that do not tread the threshold of Gram Panchayat.
Building a new society without economic and social inequalities is the core principle of the Telangana Rakshana Sena. We will work towards the development and empowerment of the poor in all sections of the society. We will implement clear policies especially for the empowerment of SCs, STs, BCs, minorities and women. We send people from the lowest sections of the society to the legislatures. We will fight for the achievement of 50 percent reservation for BCs who are more than half of the country's population and increase the reservation by including the respective communities.
