Why we hold it
You cannot argue about representation without numbers. If we want proportionality we have to be willing to count, publish the count and be measured against it, starting with our own committees.

- Proportional representation inside every party body, not only in demands made of government
- Sub-categorisation debated openly, with the data on the table
Why we hold it
The movement began over water as much as over jobs. Allocations settled behind closed doors are how the region lost its share the first time.

- Publish project wise allocation and actual release data
- Press every tribunal and board process to completion rather than settling quietly
- Consult command area farmers before any inter state agreement
Why we hold it
Young people are not asking for a promise of jobs, they are asking for a date. A published calendar makes any delay visible, and someone has to answer for it.

- An annual job calendar published and audited against
- Vacancy positions disclosed department by department
- Contract and outsourced posts regularised where the work is permanent
Why we hold it
You cannot check a safety announcement, but you can check a response time. And a party asking for reservation for women in the legislature should be doing it in its own committees first.

- Staffed women's help desks in every district town, with published response times
- Women in leadership positions across party wings and committees
- Legal aid support for harassment, dowry and workplace cases
Why we hold it
A support price that does not cover what the crop cost to grow is not support. Neither is a price available only at a market the farmer cannot afford to reach.
What follows from it
- Remunerative minimum support prices benchmarked to actual input cost
- Local procurement centres within reach of the village
- Uninterrupted free agricultural power through the crop cycle
Why we hold it
Every party promises clean governance. The difference is whether it publishes its own numbers before anyone asks.
