A contribution to Telangana Rakshana Sena funds organising, grievance work and policy research. Here is exactly what it pays for, what the law requires, and how to give.

This website does not yet accept online payments. No payment gateway is active here or in our app, and we do not collect card, UPI or net-banking details anywhere on this site. The form below is a preview of how giving will work; contributions today are arranged directly with the party office, as set out further down.

Make a contribution

Enter an amount

Choose an amount or type your own. Anything at or above ₹20,000 asks for a PAN, because the law requires a contribution that size to be recorded against one.

Preview only. This form does not take payments. Nothing you type is sent, stored or charged. It is here so the party can approve the flow before a regulated payment provider is connected.

Contributions of ₹20,000 or more need a PAN
Optional

No payment is taken at any point in this preview.

What it funds

Where a contribution actually goes

The three things below are what money raised from members and supporters is spent on.

Reaching every mandal

Enrolment camps, village meetings and the cost of keeping a party present between elections, not only during them.

Grievance work

Following a stopped pension or an unissued ration card to a resolution, case by case, at the district office.

Research and policy

The surveys, costings and legal work behind every position the party takes in public.

How to contribute

Three steps, through the party office

  1. 01

    Write to the party office

Email info@trsparty.org or use the contact form, saying you would like to contribute.

  2. 02

    The office confirms the method

Our team replies with the accepted method for your contribution, and the identity document required if the amount is ₹20,000 or more.

  3. 03

    You receive a receipt

Every contribution is receipted and entered in the party's books. Keep the receipt. It is your record for any tax claim.

The legal position

What the law requires of both of us

Political contributions in India are governed by the Representation of the People Act, 1951 and Election Commission of India guidelines. In line with these:

  • 01Contributions of ₹20,000 or more require the donor's PAN or another accepted identity document.
  • 02The party maintains accounts of all contributions received and discloses them in its statutory contribution reports.
  • 03Registered political parties may be eligible for income-tax exemption on donations under Section 13A of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to conditions prescribed by law.
  • 04Contributions from foreign sources, government companies and other prohibited sources are not accepted.

If you would rather not give money

There are other ways to back the movement

Money is one kind of support, and not the most useful one.
